The pay is outstanding and I do belive the company cares about its employees. People have said the benefits are not great but i think this is more to do with people not knowing what benefits are offered.
Expectations are very high which is great. Always pushing for you to do better.
Cons
There are a few to be honest, there is no team work. Departments don't help each other, always to easy to blame each other. Vospers have lost some great employees for this reason
