Pros
- Good projects and good opportunity to learn and implement projects from beginning to end. - Nice office and Transport provided (but they stopped it lately) - Initially looked to be a good growing company from its start-up strength - Challenging projects and good middle level management
Cons
- No Work-Life balance ... Almost had to work all 30 days a month - Unrealistic project deadlines and delivery expectations - Promises for incentives and growth for completion of projects ; but at the end nothing given at all - Very bad internal politics at top management; they made us work and then asked to leave when the projects were at a good position without appreciating
