Pros

I’ve worked here for almost 8 years and the company used to be fantastic. There were regular meet ups for remote workers, monthly and quarterly bonus incentives, decent pay and above all, I actually felt valued but this has all changed.

Cons

Sadly I’ve had to leave after changes were made to my working terms without consultation which effectively meant doing more work for the same pay and I didn’t get anywhere when raising concerns with HR. This has been a reminder that you are in fact just a number. The pay is now not much more than minimum wage and there are no longer any bonuses.
