Company in serious financial trouble. They actually told all of us that when they fired everyone one after another. Laid-off almost 1/2 of the employees. C-Level Management is cold and heartless and don't really care about anyone. They didn't even pay out commissions based on goods already sold and delivered. That's the 1st time I've ever seen that at a company. They switched over to a 3rd part HR company that was supposed to help lower insurance premiums and they actually increased. Of course, the company saved a ton of money over it and the employees paid more...horrible! They are constantly messing up on commissions and don't even give you an itemized description of what accounts you have been paid on and what accounts you haven't. You're pretty much guessing, which is very frustrating.
