      Pros

      Great people in all departments Flexible working schedule Free to work from home any time Extra activities (if you have the time to participate) In theory the company values are excellent

      Cons

      Ultra slow product development. Lots of problems with clients. No transparency (despite claims). No real leadership in the sales team. Team's opinion not valued. In practice most people don't live the values, so they feel empty. Anyone of the team who suggests change is silenced.
