Pros
Voyant is one of a kind and there will never be another like it. This company is filled with genuinely good people starting from the very top and can be felt by the way employees are treated and respected both financially and as human beings. I worked at the company before and after the founders sold the company for a massive amount (hard earned and well deserved). Wealth and success are timeless indicators of showing who people really are and all that Voyant's success did was solidify in my mind that the founders of this company are some of the most generous, caring, and compassionate human beings I ever had the pleasure of having in my life. Voyant offers enormous opportunity for smart, hard working, dedicated people to learn, advance their career, and achieve success. Most people who join Voyant never leave, many leave and come back (because it truly can't be beat), and few leave because they have to...not because they want to. I am thankful to Voyant for the opportunities, challenges, rewards, privileges, compassion, personal financial knowledge, and fun times over the past five year. But above all I am eternally grateful for the realization of the extraordinary intellectual power I have within me that I never would have harnessed without my time at Voyant.
