The director is a nightmare and nobody seems to do anything about it. She is more focused on punishment rather than mentorship and learning experience. She has her days where she will swear at her employees during meetings when she is upset. Her employees have anxiety and fear her because she acts like a loose cannon and they don’t know what to expect from her each day. Doesn’t seem like the company even cares about their employees because they continue to allow her to walk all over the other employees like they are trash. The director is too concerned with having control over everyone and micromanaging everything!
