The Company has great benefits

Unfortunately this company does not care about their employees, they only care about upper management. The company is late on paying people properly and accurately. There is always a runaround story why the information we receive whether its regarding changes, our pay or people getting let go. This company is supposed to help people repair credit but in all reality they are billing people without even doing work, None of the clients information is safe or secure. They have multiple sister companies that they automatically sign the client up for without their knowledge. Majority of the immaturity comes from upper management, there have been many complaints and nothing gets done. Upper management is not qualified to be in the positions that they are in. They are all in a high school mindset, they talk about a professional environment but they can’t be professional themselves. Employees have to worry about them getting fired depending on how the management is feeling also management does not stand up for their employees they would rather argue instead of coming to a solution. This company has no structure, routine or dignity. Also senior management sets strict rules but they do not follow the rules themselves, including dress code, language, as well as protocol. They are uneducated, unethical and arrogant.
