The career opportunity is what I have been looking for. It has been a very challenging career here because it made me step out of my comfort zone ,but the skills and attributes that I have required allows me to succeed. The culture is purely about teamwork and self growth. Every week we have crew night which is fun because we just about anything. Last week we went to Escape the room in downtown Detorit! So much fun. Although it's newer company I can already see the success and if you like being part of a growing process take advantage of the opportunity.

There is a lot of competition. It's friendly so it helps us succeed.
