      absolutely no pros to this company

      Every negative review here is 100% legit. Stay clear from this company if you value your career. If I could, I would have given 0 or negative stars. The management is absolutely incompetent. They have built a product and acquired some customers, but their understanding of product development is archaic. They have no clue how modern software development works. Culture almost nonexistent, management is extremely insecure and therefore has failed miserably to build any trust. Management may lose the government contracts soon as they don't know how to prioritize work! Sweatshops from underdeveloped countries offer better work environment. The toxicity trickles down from the top to bottom. Absolutely no onboarding process, extreme multitasking leads to huge waste of productivity. Absolutely nothing positive about this organization- people are job hugging and leave as soon as they find another opportunity. Starvation salary.

      Pros

      Vretta is a company that cannot be beaten in terms of job satisfaction. I was surrounded with people who were passionate about what they do and always helped when needed. They always wanted the best from me and made me want to be the best I could be. I had no complaints about working for Vretta. A great company and even better people.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any downsides to working with Vretta. The deadlines I personally had to meet were never unattainable and all people were understanding about any circumstances that may have caused me to be a day or two late on the deadline. No complaints

      Pros

      I've been working at Vretta for many months on market research projects. I work closely with the Sales and Marketing team. My colleagues are very proactive and have shown sincere enthusiasm is helping me succeed. I receive regular training and coaching for every project that I work on. The people at Vretta work hard and play hard and I would personally recommend working at Vretta to future employees!

      Workaholic Overtime working Nothing as of now! I'm enjoying this job and my colleagues!
