Every single thing in this company is wrong. Don’t join this unprofessional company. HR, team lead & management is the worst ever people. Clearly this is the reason why they can’t keep their clients or can’t keep employees to stay on board for much more longer period of time. Neither of management team are having any kind of professionalism. And team management by team leaders are most pathetic way of management. Rules are rigid and they make sure to pull all employees down via all sort of ways. Huge communication gap and school like environment. They don’t even allow to have a work discussion with your colleagues! Save yourself and don’t look at this pathetic organisation and stop ruining your career.
