Pros

The Vstorm organization is focused on communication and immediate solving of the smallest challenges. As a People Manager in this organization, I value an individual approach to each of us with a 100% focus on the needs of a given person, but also with 100% respect for the individuality of each of us. Interesting projects are those that hit the hearts of people and happen with their full support and commitment.

Cons

We are still a growing organization

Pros

- Full LLM/Ops Exposure: We cover the full ML/Ops stack, from prompt engineering through to deployment. This wide scope of work keeps things consistently challenging and engaging. - Collaborative & Impactful Team: The team is small and collaborative, and that environment means individual contributions genuinely matter. I've never felt like just a cog in a machine here. - Autonomy & Opportunity: If I've got an idea for improving a process or a new technical solution, I actually get the chance to explore and implement it. This level of autonomy and the impact you can have are quite rewarding. - Knowledge Sharing: Our weekly knowledge-sharing sessions on Fridays are a real plus. They're valuable for staying current and picking up insights from colleagues.

Cons

- Defined Career Paths: As a small team, career progression paths might not always be as formally defined as in larger corporations, though opportunities for advancement are certainly present. - Managing Peak Workload: The project pace gets pretty intense during critical phases. This often means a heavier workload, so you really need to be on top of your prioritization and self-management. - Managing Multiple Projects: It's common to work on more than one project simultaneously. This offers variety, but it certainly demands strong organizational skills, especially during busy periods.
