      None, waste of your time

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement or training or development, company uses the permatemp model where you will be a contractor for 12+ months without any pathway to conversion. Company will not advocate for you with client and doesn't seem to care beyond signing the paychecks. Ultimately a humiliating experience and would definitely not recommend.

      Pros

      Salary was fair, but their employment model is misleading. It's full-time employment while the client contract is active.

      Cons

      Offshore developers are treated like slaves by C-level and clients. The lack of respect for their employees is awful. Bare minimum career development or training.
