      Interesting work opportunities, great exposure, no politics at the working level, friendly team always keen to help others. This place is decent for fresh grads.

      Cons

      Extremely high pressure top down, lack of appreciation for staff despite lack of resources. Poor operational planning, unsustainable ways of working.
