401K is good and ok money; cool projects (most get cancelled); and mostly smart people work there but none stay long
Cons
Middle management is overpaid, underqualified and lacks basic leadership qualities; CEO has no business experience; Excessive turnover and difficulty hiring (i.e. look at how many jobs are posted considering the company is not growing);
