DE&I does not exist. HR is messy, superficial and led by an incompetent, fraudulent and untrustworthy leader who only protects the executive level. The company prides themselves on a culture that not everyone fits into, nor do they make any effort to be inclusive. Retail employees work in unsafe conditions, and also are not compliant with CA labor laws. The team is fairly young so there is a feeling of blatant ageism and very few POC work in HQ. The trajectory of the company is moving fast and they lack systems in place which makes for long hours, no work life balance, and utter chaos. A lot of outside talent being brought in yet, they seem to be stuck in the old start up ways rather than implementing new operating systems and procedures.
