Pros
Good people! Product is okay but not as great or as durable as Vitality or Lulu or Fabletics! I enjoyed work because of the people I worked with and I needed a paycheck. The discount is fantastic, good benefits!!
Cons
NO internal growth and I mean it. When you read here and elsewhere, they don’t care to promote internally. Management is poor, incredibly poor. The business as a whole seems to be lacking. As a company, they seem to make quick decisions that I think will cost them in the end. Growing far too quickly for how poor and inconsistent the product is. And for how bumpy the business runs. Not sure if they are as sustainable as they say. Communication is poor, one thing you need can be found five different places. They pay FAR too low across the board, especially back of house teams. They work hard for little pay. Product is inconsistent and the sizing is SOO off. You could be a S in one item, M in another and XS in another.
