Free health insurance, paid to workout at team sweats which the company provides and pays in full for. They really care about you and your well being. Great leadership, great company culture, great product, and great customers. Loved working here. Team commission is 2% but adds up a lot when you work full time and especially on a holiday (time and a half). Pay starts min of $15 but I was a FT SA which was $17. And 60% employe discount!
Cons
Company promotes internal growth yet hires externally from no other than Lululemon. Lack of communication from corporate, product knowledge of new product and keeping sales associates in the loop. they also lack structure, fortunately it’s better off now then it was a year ago. Also no HR department, it’s just people and culture.
