Cons
Management would be the biggest drawback of working at Vuteq. Middle to upper level management is horribly out of touch with current practices prevalent in the industry. Lack of education is a worrying factor for this company and they are not willing to pay educated and experienced people well enough to attract or retain them. Even though it's a relatively small company , the politics within the company is something that one may find at a Fortune 500 company. There is no vision for the future and trust wouldnt be so bad but management keeps going around in circles regarding key decisions. Management also lacks in people skills and doesnt know how to treat people right. Company spirit is in shambles and the concept of lean six sigma does not exist.
