Social insurance is nonexistent the first 3 months, and the company misrepresents actual salaries, providing only minimal insurance coverage. VxLabs focuses solely on one project with poorly defined scope and lacks organizational structure. VxLabs flouts copyright from another companies and shows no concern for employee career path or recognition of their efforts. Employees are at risk of arbitrary dismissal without regard for contractual agreements. I urge anyone considering job opportunities to steer clear of this company to avoid potential hardships.
