Pros

Immediate supervisors and LCM team are good. Good amount of PTO. Good health insurance.

Cons

KPIs are more important than patients. There’s no SOP for the job so processes change all the time and it’s aggravating. Sketchy about billing. Low pay. Upper management are sneaky and silent, handing down judgment from on high with no concept of the realities of this job. Caseloads are too high. Stalking patients by calling PCPs, pharmacies, etc to find a good phone number feels intrusive. Discharging patients is like pulling teeth. Close to half my patients are unreachable but still on my caseload requiring regular attempts to contact. Patients don’t matter. Money does. They will tell you they promote from within but they don’t even advertise job postings internally, then surprise! New positions and team members we never had an opportunity to apply for. It’s very dead-end.

Pros

Everyone I worked with was amazing and supportive. They really believed in the company mission. I was full time remote and they were flexible with my work hours when needed.

Cons

Too many people have their hands on some projects and have unrealistic expectations of workloads.

Pros

Work from home was the only pro

Cons

Worst company to work for. My background was in intensive care/ED/hospice. I've done it all. This company has zero room for compassion. It's all about getting the insurance payment. You don't get one break in the day. You only have time to ask patients what their problems are, but no time to follow up. The tasks you create go into the ether. Then you are back in from of the patient in two weeks, awkwardly asking them to rate their pain again 1-10 Patient: It's a 10 RN: I'm so sorry. Gotta go. Please do not work for this tech company. They don't care AT ALL about patients. Tech driven money hungry scum bag people who run it.
