      Purely engineering. Up to date with the latest technology trends. Developed technical skills are on demand in the market. Many projects are on-going.

      Cons

      Strict on timesheet. Profit oriented. Lack of career progression towards management. Limited manpower and software tools to perform the works.

      Great team members and friendships

      Cons

      - CEO's judgmenet is clouded by the money they will make from the sale of Vysus. - CEO does not care for the employees - Toxic atmosphere caused by more executive management - No salary increases or bonuses for many years - Employee retention is very poor - What once was a great company under Lloyd's Register has turned into a nightmare
