      Pros

      Good team members. Work life balance and unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The executive leadership. Vytalize is very top heavy and they don’t have enough people doing the ground work. And when leaders fail, they blame staff. The COO has no idea what she is doing and uses meeting times to gossip, complain, and push things off. There are some good leaders but the weak ones hurt the organization and bring the business down.

      Mission driven company at the cutting edge of transforming the way we deliver healthcare. Positive and friendly culture of smart people. The CEO and leadership team have a strong sense of where value based care is going and have innovated industry leading business approaches that have driven strong and sustained growth in what can be a tough industry.

      Cons

      It’s a startup culture, moving at a fast pace, which may not be for everyone.

      Vytalize Health fosters a very dynamic and interesting environment comprised of people who are not only skilled and competent, but motivated and approachable. Learning is encouraged and there is a high-level of transparency from Leadership regarding company status and direction.
