      Pros

      The people I worked closely with are fantastic humans! Even after being separated with the company a little over 2 years now I still think of them as family. The health benefits were great.

      Cons

      There are way to many managers compared to 'worker bees' to get the job done without everyone being overwhelmed. Being on call (for the help desk) is required and you will more than likely get a call any time between midnight to 7am due to 24/7 pharmacies.

      Pros

      VytlOne is a company that makes me feel appreciated. I am happy to be working with VytlOne. I feel heard. I enjoy the people I work with and making a difference in their lives.

      Cons

      There are some days I miss working in the office. Seeing co-workers and able to share feedback, meetings, recognition in person rather than virtually, but I have grown to love remote work.
