Colleagues are helpful and cheerful

Cons

Manager does not care about the staff, they only care about the customer and guest. I saw an incident when my colleague asking for help to the manager due to minor mistake on the service during the busy period. Instead of helping him, my manager raised a voice infront of the guest and say “why are not taking it properly” instead of tallking privately which is unprofessional. I saw the reaction of the guest during that situation and they are shock . My colleague mentioned that the guest asked him if he is okay after the incident and tip him $20 but not in terms of service but out of sympathy
