Worst job ever! - Sales Assistant W. J. Daniel Employee Review

Very unprofessional, short staffed everyday which means they put alot of pressure on certain areas of the store, no air conditioning put on at 27+ degrees, but also no heating put on in the winter, cold enough to have to wear a coat. No sick pay, No proper cleaning, everywhere is dusty even on the shop floor. They also have no health and safety, trip hazards everywhere and leaking ceilings when it rains. The building looks likes its going to fall apart, they do not care about the customers overall well being just their money. One rule for one and one for another, they treat you very unfairly and poorly, they say they will help you with anything you need but they do not, theres no training, Management is terrible no one knows what there doing or know anything about retail. One of the worst places ive ever worked do not work there unless you want to work really hard for minimum wage, no incentives, not even a thank you for going above and beyond.
