Pros
The team is very open and help was always there when I needed. There is consistent guidance on how to improve and hit goals collectively as a team. There is also a good hybrid working schedule which is great as I only need to go in office 2-3 days per week. As someone who has done call centre roles, this is the only one that provides warm leads. Also many bonus such as performance and attendance bonus, on top of a stable basic.
Cons
Sometimes calling so often can become repetitive. Need to mentally prepare and how I got by was to genuinely understand the needs of each individual on the call. I have seen other members leave as the calls became mundane to them.
