      Pros

      Everyone I have worked with in this company has been so lovely, all the way to top management. It is the best working environment I have ever been in. The low arousal approach is great also.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work, could not recommend it more. Great work/life balance. As an organisation they really care about the people that work for them. I was really interested in progression and they helped me put everything in place to do so.

      Cons

      Pay not in line with HSE payscale and no incremental pay.
