      Pros

      Fortunately I had mostly good coworkers and free ice cream. The work load is easier than waitressing. Good job for students if you’d don’t mind the drama.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized and turbulent. Hours are random and vary in hours per week. Management doesn’t value employees and plays favoritism. Management is close minded and unwilling to take advice from unhappy employees. They love to create drama.

      It was a very easy job and a fun place to work, Very unique ice cream flavors.

      Cons

      While I worked there, management changed and the new management created a toxic environment causing many employees to leave.
