easy work, okay ice cream, fine job if you just need some extra cash and want to keep your head down and do what you’re told (like working at a fast food restaurant).
Cons
Unreliable hours, terrible management, no raises, little room for moving up in company, owner is a tyrant who will find any reason to fire you if you disagree with his irrational and erratic management decisions. I worked with the company for almost 3 years as part of upper management and was belittled, yelled at, and talked down to. Absolutely no structure or accountability for upper management, HR complaints go straight to owner who retaliates against employees. Ice cream quality itself had diminished greatly as well. Additionally, has hired family members to the team who have threatened the safety of employees.
