Pros

Upbeat, diverse staff. Friendly company culture, though not for everyone. If you like fraternities, the culture is very similar to one. You get to dress up every day for work. The script they give you is simple and easy to memorize. Not super laborious. Can teach you valuable skills to become an effective salesperson.

Cons

Long hours for very little pay. Structured as $60 per day you work (can range from 8-hour to 10-hour days depending on where they tell you to go) with a chance at $40 commission per closed sale. You are selling Comcast subscriptions in Walmarts and Best Buys to consumers. Sometimes you go as far as West Virginia to stand in the electronics aisle to pitch sales. The job can be very boring with long hours of standing up. You have to drive your own car (and at times you'll be driven) to set locations to set up. You are not compensated for wear and tear, but you are compensated for gas. Also has a relatively high turnover rate for good reason.

Pros

Family great vibes great hype

Cons

Too much traveling with a 20 year old car....could breakdown any moment. I drove 80 miles to west Virginia without them telling me were to go. I ended up with no sales and they told me that I was being negative! if it was there car they would understand....I quit that day and called the hr the next morning and demanded my checks. If you wNna work there then think twice! Selling thier Comcast package is not easy....ppl hate it. On top of that, you have to work on a weekly salary which means that you have to work more hours unpaid overtime. You'll pull a 10 hr shift a day including Sundays! No life there. However, we do have night outs at the club as a family...but be careful...it will turn into a cult!
