Pros
The only pro that I have is that this a full time job. They let you cash out your PTO two times a year.
Cons
You will not receive training if you had prior experience. They expect you to know how they want everything to work with out giving you any company training. No training on how they want you to do their files. No training on anything. Your sick leave and PTO is combined into one. They are always short staffed or have high turnover in staff. They change how they want things done all the time. Upper management does not take accountability for anything.
