Pros
Good , forward thinking company. Employee owned, when you go that extra mile, even more satisfying. Share scheme -rewarding hard work. Looked after ie - gifts sent out to us , means a lot to me, we aren`t just a number. Approachable and likeable management gain respect from all.
Cons
Truly difficult to say, comparing with other jobs I have had, by far the best company I have worked for. I have worked for quite a few small family run companies, where decisions could be made quicker, but that doesn`t always make the decision the right one.
