Pros
employees are very smart and very technical . nice location. nice size cubicle. coworkers are usually very friendly. Once in a while you will meet a couple of difficult people but WDC has a training class to teach you how to deal with them . SO, you get the hint :)
Cons
culture is to send out email after midnight to demonstrate you work very hard. Bosses don't really care if you delivered project. As far as you work until 3 am every one will be happy.
