Fresh college graduates can learn A LOT from WD's cutting-edge technology and related process in the HDD industry, which may benefit the future career. Managers can coworkers are laidback and willing to help. Work-life balance is fine, although some overtime conference call with the international manufacturers may be needed.
Cons
Company is too large for individuals to see their own roles and impacts. Pays OK but NOT competitive in Bay area.Working atmosphere in office is surely not the best for young people.
