      Stable. Layoffs are rare. Very understanding management. Flexibility. Can take care of personal issues and keep work life balance.

      Cons

      No raises. Promotiom oppertunity slim. Annual Ratings cut down to save money on bonus. Cutting bonuses even when company profitable.
