Pros
Great people, great collaborative environment, great benefits, great down-to-earth executive leadership team, decisions are made quickly and there's not a lot of red tape, flexible and casual work environment.
Cons
Extremely fast-paced and sometimes all the details are not worked out before a new program is launched. Can be a pro as well, though. Must work very hard to get promoted, but if you have a good manager, he/she will fight for you and make it happen.
