Pros
There are generally great people with whom to work with a good benefits package, which can include RSUs, Options, and cash bonuses. Great atmosphere; decent office space in good Irvine location.
Cons
Some of the company is in flux due to the possibility of merging its two current subsidiaries--WD and HGST, which is being held up by China's government getting into the antitrust game.
