Large company with good benefits. You can buy stock at a lower rate. Free coffee and tea. Celebrate birthdays every month. Travel is easy to book and company has a membership with most car rental and hotel rates.
Cons
No clear decision makers and all management team wants their feedback implemented but does not offer support or accountability. Very stressful environment due to unclear objectives or unrealistic ones. Most project are across multiple teams and rarely teams help one another.
