1. Poor infrastructure. The office is located at kadubeesanhalli . Coming to office is a struggle 2. The office building looks old , though maintained but can be done better 3 . Other storage companies offer better pay and perks . No RSU refresh . 4. Lot of toxic managers who want to build a team of loyalists . 5. Anyone joining new will have difficulty growing as they only trust people with WD experience. It doesn’t matter if you have performed or listen to your manager 6. Lot of discrimination against outsiders 7. Very poor hr . If management discriminates there is no escape , you have to leave the company 8. Some people stay in the company for a long time with no where else to go , they will from a group and drive out new joiners . They only want people who will do all the hardwork and handover credit to there scumbags . The higher management does nothing to control this behaviour 9. People play cheap tricks like removing cables of your hardware setup , give you a faulty system to ensure you fail 10. Do not join a team called Kazan networks . I will guarantee that you will have horrible experience. You will hardly learn anything and will take your career back by those many years
