Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to travel and meet with industry experts along with learning about how you deal with high stress situations.
Cons
Unfortunately the leadership is incredibly weak and supports the growth of a very toxic culture. When profit is the only true value held by leadership (while other company core values like "respect" are talked about but are not part of the culture), you see a lot of really ugly things happen. Things like being humiliated in front of clients and the team. Things like being told one thing in the interview and the exact opposite happening (re: look at your "unlimited" vacation policy). Things like homophobic, racist, and sexist remarks . These behaviours breed a very toxic culture where employee well-being is placed as the absolute last value. Also, pay is very low in comparison to similar work and the unsaid expectation is that you work 24/7.
