The company completely undervalues ALL employees, financially, as professionals, and as people. Working conditions are inadequate with the office being filthy with insect problems and recurring HVAC malfunctions. Most management doesn't care about cultivating an educational and inspiring culture. The attitude of most employees is "I will do the minimum requested of me until someone says something." Huge turnover rate in most departments because of the culture. Most people are grossly underqualified for their positions including management and that's because qualifying candidates would never agree to a pay so small it seems like they're paying rates of the industry 15 years ago.
