Pros
You will meet amazing co-workers who will become some of your good friends and mentors. You can usually get the opportunity to travel to lead trips or work at WE Days. You will receive responsibility at a younger age/position than you will at many other organizations, allowing you some creative freedom and big opportunities for skill development.
Cons
Unfortunately, the management at WE is typically very poor. You will be micromanaged, gossiped about, overworked and undervalued. It has a negative culture within upper management, and the co-founders and high executives make irrational decisions that do not make sense for their employees. Pay and time off is not in line with the amount of work that you do. Only people that are the 'inner circle' and easy to control will move up the ladder, others will be punished or immobilized if they express their opinions. I would only work here as a last resort, and would be very careful of what you say or do around anyone from the leadership team. Very high turnover rate (less than one year on all teams) reflects the current state of the organization.
