Fast growing business with opportunities for personal development. Genuine care for clients and a desire to do the right thing. Good workplace culture without the feel of a soulless corporate organisation.

A growing business so some structure and support for staff isn’t there yet, but I’d imagine that’s the case for many developing businesses.

Depends on team, but most do flexy hours, such that you can work 8-4. Nobody tends to work past this (in most teams). Good summer/christmas party.

Inflexible with hybrid working which is an outdated approach. Some leaders are slightly toxic. Limited development and growth as senior group does not evolve.
