Pros
Fortunately surrounded by a lovely team of people, and some really good people work here. Work-life balance good - 9-5 and that's it generally.
Cons
Low salary with minimal pay rises No motivational strategies or reward in place for a lot of staff Progression virtually non-existent Senior Management/Directors act like bullies - victimise staff 'under' them, all appear to be untouchable, very biased in favour of each other no matter what their actions. Communication across the company is very poor When on furlough, no communication from company other than 'official' HR comms.
