I have worked at webedoctor for many years, this is a great place to work. Many companies say that they are life family when it really isn't. Webedoctor is truly family, where everyone helps each other. You get to know everyone who works there very well and I have fun working with everyone. This is a company where it always positive, this company really has open door policy where I can go to anyone and ask them questions. Webedoctor is a great place to start of any positions, i grown as individual and professionally, plus I got priceless training from my medical biller where I can not get anywhere else. What I like the best about webedoctor is that it is the lest stressful place that I work at, as long I did my work and stay on top of thing, management does not bug you, no micromanagement. It is great place to work, plus you will learn a lot by working here

The co workers are great to work with, they are very helpful. It is a small office just 3 people working there, very small company a good place to learn.

The CEO has very poor management, he does not trust this employees to do their job. He forgets what he said to you and will make up things that he has never told you. He try to micromanage everyone in the office. He does not listen to his employees when things goes wrong instead of fixing it, he looks the other way. If you are big on customer service, this is not the company for you at all. The owner of the company treats all his clients badly, he does not listen to what there needs are, does not fix things when it need to be fix. the software that this company provider has many issues and can not deliver what it says. People do not stay long at this positions, no room for growth at all.
