Cons
- Poor management, management simply completely unsuited to their roles and do not know how to suitably handle normal situations, let alone any difficult ones. - HR are ran by the MD’s wife, if you think anything you raise as complaints or issues are going to stay private, think again. - very much a ‘pick me’ environment, no matter if you’re good or bad at you’re job, if you are buddy’s with the MD then you will succeed, if you aren’t than prepare to find a new role asap as they will make your life very difficult even if you’re brilliant at your role. - Underpaid compared to market value. - Expect to do many things outside your role, as they are very very thin on staff after the majority of the marking/creative department has left over the last 1.5 years due to the above reasons, and have not been suitably replaced.
