Operation managers weak and are intimidated by ideas and process not thought up by them. Anything that challenges the status quo is frowned upon regardless of its merits. Company has so much potential and growth opportunity but will be limited by weak ops managers. Very clickish in headquarters – many not in the click are looking for other work or have already left.
