Review - Care Adviser WELLTHY Employee Review

Lots of flexibility and compassion. There have been a lot of changes happening this year and even more this past week. I have felt very supported by our senior leadership team and my director.

Up until now there haven't really been clear instructions on what we are supposed to be doing or where we stand. I am appreciative that we are heading in that direction. There has also been a history of favoritism amongst a small subset of folks. That also is starting to be addressed. The other con is pay. I wish it were more competitive and that we had the opportunity to earn bonuses or merit pay in addition to cost of living increases.

Low salary, overworked at times, communication with management could be better
