Pros
Decent pay and some flexibility in the role. Met some nice folks that made the job tolerable.
Cons
No training. Was there for years and NEVER given any training other than your typical HR training you could get at a fast-food restaurant. There is zero help or support from anyone on the team – you're almost completely on your own. Management is never around. They work remotely most of the time and are hard to get in touch with when you need something. My manager may have reached out to me once a month and only when SHE needed something. No guidance, and no accountability. The company keeps no useful records of customer interactions or sales history, which makes it impossible to pick up where anyone else left off.
